Sleeping
The ground floor comprises of two bedrooms in total. Bedroom 1 is a master king with en-suite facility, Bedroom 2 - a twin bedroom, has access to the family bathroom with large bath and over shower. Both rooms have easy access through the patio doors to pool and barbeque area. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Living Area / Kitchen Area
The open plan dinning / living room has a comfortable seating area with bed sofa and coffee table adjacent to the natural stone hearth that includes a flame effect gas fire and built-in 42” LCD TV. This area also boasts a full surround sound system, DVD player, satellite TV and radio system. This leads to the dining table that seats eight people. The dining area opens onto a well equipped modern style kitchen. Facilities include electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are all provided.
Up- stairs you will find Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4. Both are spacious twin bedrooms with easy access to a second modern family bathroom equipped with bath, over shower, wash basin and WC.
Living Area
An additional living area is located at the top of the stairs where a softly illuminated slate feature adds a certain ambience to this room. The seated balcony overlooks the pool and terrace creating an opportunity to capture some of the breath taking views of Praia da Luz.
